Dayton Public Schools Project

A $650 million project to re-build and renovate Dayton-area public schools. EMS was responsible for implementing and managing the Economic Inclusion and Workforce 
Development process.  The project achieved a 35% Small Business participation goal.

A $320 million commercial development project.  EMS was responsible for implementing and managing the Economic Inclusion and Workforce Development process.

Cincinnati Convention Center Expansion

A $160 million project to expand, reconfigure and renovate the Cincinnati Convention Center. EMS was responsible for implementing
and managing the Economic Inclusion and Workforce Development Process.  The project achieved a 33% Small Business participation goal.

Underground Railroad Freedom Center

A $110 million facility on the banks of the Ohio River in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio that features three pavilions celebrating: Courage, Cooperation and Perseverance. EMS was responsible for implementing and managing the Economic Inclusion and Workforce Development Process.  The project achieved a 42% Small Business 
participation goal.

Middletown City Schools

A $75 million project building and remodeling schools.   EMS was
responsible for implementing and managing the Economic Inclusion and
Workforce Development Process.  The project achieved a 44% Small Business
participation goal.

Gateway Garage and Condominium Project

A $27 million building project. EMS is responsible
